Ritual
When applying each oil (morning or night) put 5 – 10 drops into your palms and gently rub them
together to warm the oil. Massage your body in long circular motions tuning into sensations and areas
of tension. All oils are easily absorbed into the skin. Use in the shower or after the shower.
